More About The FREE CE Course

The FREE* Indiana Navigator Continuing Education course is approved as a self-study/online course by the Indiana Department of Insurance. It is available at no charge to registered members of IndianaNavigators.org. This online course is provided by ClaimAid, a leading provider of comprehensive eligibility and enrollment services and claims resolution for hospitals, patients, individuals and their families. ClaimAid’s training provider number is 122881, and the course number is 38053. Course and testing materials are approved by the Indiana Department of Insurance.

*4.95 isn’t FREE? The training is free. It costs $4.95 to upload your certificate to the Indiana Department of Insurance so that the completion of your course can be electronically verified. The way we pass this charge through to you, is by using PayPal. Click “Take This Course” at the top of the course page and you will be transferred to PayPal to pay the $4.95 fee. Once you pay, you will need to return to the COURSE PAGE in order to begin. If you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT USE A CREDIT CARD, CONTACT US and we may be able to make arrangements to accept a check or money order.

Once registered, you will immediately have access to the online training. You must complete the training content, study the training materials and successfully complete the quiz for each section. Upon successfully completion of all quizzes and the final exam, ClaimAid will prepare your CONTINUING EDUCATION CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION  that is required to fulfill the 2.0 credit hours of continuing education for the  Indiana Navigator certification renewal.

Please note that YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THIS CERTIFICATE IMMEDIATELY. A ‘real, live person’ will review your coursework and send your personalized certificate to you by your registered email. This means that it will most likely be  a few business days, though it could come much quicker (or slower) depending on demand. We will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. Not too shabby for a FREE* service, right?
